3. Client Content and Submissions

By submitting Client Content, you grant Media Press Gallery a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all Client Content
• Your Client Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Your Client Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and releases for any third-party materials included

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, you will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you. This includes custom designs, written content, audio productions, and other creative works produced as part of your project.

Media Press Gallery retains ownership of:

• Our proprietary processes, methodologies, and tools
• Pre-existing materials and templates
• General knowledge and skills developed during the project

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Service Deliverables

We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.

Deliverables will be provided in the format specified in your service agreement. Additional formats or modifications beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors, including but not limited to late content submissions, delayed feedback, or unavailability for scheduled consultations.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon. You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or additional charges associated with your payment method.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services and withholding of deliverables until payment is received in full.

7. Revisions and Client Responsibilities

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

To ensure timely project completion, clients are expected to:

• Provide clear, consolidated feedback within the specified timeframe
• Supply all necessary materials, content, and assets promptly
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon review period

Projects may be considered complete if no feedback is received within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Media Press Gallery provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or performance metrics.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Press Gallery shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or platforms
• Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or services (such as distribution channels, or software applications). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

You acknowledge that:

• Third-party platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services
• Changes to third-party platforms may affect our service delivery
• You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and credentials

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials in their current state
• Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable
• Outstanding balances become immediately due and payable

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
